Installing/Download 2011 3ds Max

Autodesk,

 I have windows 7 and I have tried downloading/installing both 2011 3ds Max, 2011 3ds max design.

Three times for the first and once for design. So a total of 4 times.

Each time they could not be "verified" and even if I do run it this pops up at the end

"You need to have the following volume to continue extraction: C:\Users\Stephanie\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\6Q4FSOW4\Autodesk_3ds_Max_Design_2011_English_Win_32-64bit.part2[1].rar Insert a disk with this volume and press “OK” to try again or press “Cancel” to break extraction".

If you could help me as soon as possible so I can get back to my school work that is due tuesday, I would greatly appreciate it.

There are several parts to the download. The first file is a self extracting WinRAR executable. Some products have additional WinRAR archives. The self extracting WinRAR executable is complaining that it cannot find the second file in the set.

Make sure that you download all of the files into the same location then double click on the .exe and click Install to start the extraction. You will find additional information about the download options and the composition of these WinRAR archives in this forum topic.
