Jon,
From my experience, Civil and Survey load where LDD is. I have multiple
client deployments for LDD, but only one each for Civil and Survey. I am
sure this isn't of much help to you, but if LDD is properly installed from a
network image, you shouldn't be having any difficulty with Civil or Survey.
