Installing Autocad 2012 Student

after the install process has completed, the screen appears telling that Autocad dod not install. I have plenty of space, have the required programs, and haveentered the proper codes. Have tried to download about 12 xs now. Any ideas?

If possible, please PM your serial number so I may verify in our system.  Also, please be informed that a student software may only be installed once in the main machine. I will wait for your response.
