Hello!

I am dealing with the installation of AutoCAD Civil 3D 2013. I need localization for Russia, but I don't want to use russian language, I would like to use English instead. How can I install English with russian localization? 

I was trying to install English version and add russian (install to the same directory) but it only changes the versions - I get only russian. I also tried to change the installed program, just as I did in 2012 by adding a content and it worked, but in 2013 I can't do it - I don't know where to download the language package.

You may need to use the 2012 country kit for Russia, as there is currently no 2013 version.
