Installing ADR on Mac with Parrallels

I have a new MacBook Pro and I am trying to install ADR 2012 and I get the following error, Visual Studio 2008 SP1 C++ Runtime (0x0 Internal error)

I have checked to make sure that everything is turned on in the control panel for Windows 7.

 

Can you please advise on what to do?
