Installation & Licensing

I am sick to death of auto desk now, I hate to comlain but I have tried to install Autocad 2013 on both my windows pc and mac... I have had nothing but problems the lack of customer service and communication is a discrace!!! I have been past from post to post I have been given wrong international phone numbers to call for help which i'm sure were 'real cheap' calls. The current problem I  am have is it will not let me install autocad without installing the english package, when i follow the istructions to do so an error message pops up saying fatal error???

No idea all I know is I've wasted way too much time trying to install it... Cheers
