Installation

I have a problem, after I have installed the program on my computer and the screen comes up that says install product, create deployments, install tools and utilities and read the documentation it tells me that it can't install the product on the current operating system.  How do I fix this?

Please check in the documentation for the minimum requirement for the program you are installing. 

you can only in 32 bit program on 32 Bit OS like wise for 64bit
