Installation problems

i am using the serial number and product key sent to us by autocad and for
building design suite 2014- i get a green tick for serial number and a red cross
for the product number but i am using the product number they have given to us?  can any one help

Sorry to hear that you have issues installing your products.


You can find all Autodesk Product key in the following link “2014: Product keys for Autodesk products” in your case, AutoCAD 2014 has “001F1” for product key and the following for the Building Design Suite:


-       Autodesk Building Design Suite Standard 2014 “784F1

-       Autodesk Building Design Suite Premium 2014 “765F1

-       Autodesk Building Design Suite Ultimate 2014 “766F1


Make sure to not only copy and paste the Product key but to type it from your keyboard.

Thanks just checked we have been using the correct product key for Auto desk Design Premium 2014 ---765F1??? Any suggestions?

As you have mentioned that you own the Autodesk Building Design Suite Premium 2014 with a product key of 765F1, have you installed the AutoCAD on its own or as component of the suite?


Do note that if you own the Autodesk Building Design Suite Premium 2014, you will need to install the suite as a whole and select the individual components required during the installation process.


Alternatively, could you also attach a screenshot in your reply to this post on the error you are facing for us to help you better? Please ensure that you remove your personal information like your serial number on the screenshot which should not be posted on any private forum as it may lead to an abuse of your personal information.
