Installation problems

I tried installing Autodesk Inventor 2014 but an error keeps coming up, "Error 1920. 'Autodesk Simulation Modflow MITSI 2014 Job Manager' (mitsijm2014) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient system privileges to start system services.

 

Can anyone help me solve this problem? I downloaded the student version with a three year license. There were no problems with serial number or product key....
