Installation problem with autocad

I just downloaded the 2013 autocad for students. I was given a serial number and product key, however when I enter the information to register the product I get this message:

"The Serial Number or Product Key don't Match. Valid format for serial number is (XXX-XXXXXXXX)"

Please help!

Assumming you got the correct Serial Number, please ensure AutoCAD product key 001E1 is used.
