Installation problem urgent Plz help

It would be fine if someone helps me quick

 

I downloaded the autodesk inventor software for 64 bit version.But during installation it is showing error such as

 

"CRC failed in Content\DCLibrary\DCLSetup.exe

Unexpected end of archive"

download a new copy and try again 

 

when i did it again ..it was the same error..plz do help me...urgent
