Installation of software

Autodesk employee here....I provided a software grant to a local organization.  They were able to install PrDS Ultimate suite fine, but cannot install the Creative Design Suite.  When they enter their serial # during installation, they receive an error that the serial number is invalid.  Any guidance?

Hi Roxie!

 

Any possibility that they installed the wrong version (standard, premium, ultimate) of the suite?

 

Can you send me an email or Private Message with a screen shot of their install showing the product name / version and serial number?
