Installation of maya 2013 failed! please help!

since i installed windows 7 on my new ssd( i deleted of course the old) i can't install maya 2013! Everytime i try to install it appears a message " Communication failure" no of the three download methods worked!

Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable ATL Security Update (x86)    Failed    Installation aborted, Result=1603

 

Your product is failing to install because the prerequiste program required by the installer is newer than the version being installed. Please uninstall the prerequisite program causing the issue and run your installer again.

You might consider downloading and installing this update directly from Microsoft as well.

I have the same thing and when i uninstall and maya went to reinstall it still got the same error and i have done it over and over so any suggestions on how to fix this, i was also installing the trial version
