After inserting the CD, put in serial numbers and product key, it looked to be installing. At the end a message pops up that says "Your installation of AutoCAD Freestyle was not successful."
Then it states: visit the Freestyle support webpage for more information
Below that it states: Location of installation error log file: System Temporary directory

Open windows Explorer and in the address bar type %TEMP%, then hit Enter key.
This will open your TEMP folder, and find there acadfreestylesetup.log file and attach it to this post.
Please also provide your system information page.
To obtain system information page:
1.Click Start > Run, type: winmsd and click OK
2.Highlight the 'System Summary' and then click on File and Export...
3.Then you can save as a .txt file
run msinfo32.exe from Search for W7 and RUN for Vista dialog box.
You can also get it from Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Information
