Installation of Autodesk Inventor Professional 2013

I have tried multiple times to install Autodesk Inventor Pro 2013 without any success.  I am running WIndows XP (SP3) with Intel Core 2 Duo CPU 8400@ 3.00 GHz & 3.5 GB of RAM.   I continue to get the same Error message.  Initialization Failed.  Connection has expired.  Please try to reconnect. 

 

Any help is appreciated.
