Installation error 1603, AutoCAD Mechanical 2015, Windows 8.1 pro, academic

Hi

I've tried many hints and I still can't instal AutoCAD Mechanical 2015. I have install files on hard drive.

Things, which I've tried are listed below:

1) reinstalling net framework and visual c++,

2) edit setup.ini file (removing vcred, dotnet - according to posts on this forum),

3) installing as administrator with disabled UAC and anty-virus,

4) removing registry by CCleaner software

I still haven't found a solution. I'm attaching log from the install, maybe someone will help me. I suppose that there's no error due to net framework or visual c++. Log file shows, that installation for these files was succeeded. The error appears when installing ACAD. Please, correct me if I'm wrong.

This case is urgent due to my dissertation project. Could yoy please help me? 🙂

Which drive is your D:\ drive?

Also, never use CCleaner. It is very bad.

"D" drive is not a system partition. Previously I've tried to install from "C" (system partition)

I haven't found a solution. Any ideas?

What about net framework? I'm afraid I might have a mess. What should I do for proper reinstalling? NET Framework Cleanup Tool didnt' delete net framework.

Hello,

We are having same problem.

Tried massess of different 'solutions'.

Without antivirus, without UAC, creating deployment without service packs, creating deployment on different machines, making shorter deployment paths, uninstalling some windows updates, uninstaling net frameworks, modifying deployment, etc.....

And all the time we have the same problem.

Were you able to solve it ?
