Installation Problem with AutoCad Raster Design 2010

I'm installing AutoCad Raster Design on a 32-bit Win7 machine.  It has AutoCad 2011 installed on it already.

I get this error msg. : "No supported desktops for AutoCad Raster Designs were fouind"

It then goes on to list some supported desktops including AutoCad 2010 which I don't have.

Can anyone help with this?

Thanks,

John Donnelly

You'll need to have a supported product installed first.

you need to have an autocad 2010 based product installed first no way around this

this is how raster design is designed

or you need to upgrade to raster design 2011 so it will work with autocad 2011

So, as a student trying to use Autodesk products, I'm caught in a catch-22 situation.  The current version of AutoCad Raster Design available to me online (the most current version) is 2010.

And the only version of AutoCad that is available to me online is AutoCad 2011.

Thanks for your suggestions, but unless I get additional help, there is no fix for this situation.
