Installation Problem ACADE 2013

Trying to install ACADE on a new W7 32bit computer.

The install is stalled on 10 of 18 AutoCAD Electrical @012 Language Pack Installing.

 

I have tried several times to install this image on this computer.

It has worked on all of the other PC's (xp) in the office.

 

Any ideas of what I should do?

The first few times it sat for 45min or so.

 

This time I let it sit for an hour and it did get past it.

 

The rest of the install is going pretty fast now.
