Installation Issue- Need Support From AUTOCAD

As per the attachment....I can't get True View 64K to install properly....the attachment explains exactly what I am doing...

 

I seem to be missing files from the set-up process DESPITE having NO ERROR messages..It is like something is wrong with the download ....

 

Can someone please assist me?
