I have tried many times to get this to install, yet it has failed every time.

I am having the same problem, but with a diferent error code 1625  (see the log attached). Can anybody help me please?

My installation failled of "Infrastruc Design Ste Premium 2013 English". Some of the products said it successfully installed, but nothing worked. So I tried un-installing.Some products where able to be un-installed, but Civil 3D would not. It would hang as soon as you clicked un-install from "Add/Remove" Programs. I even let it sit over night, it just said "initiallizing", but never progressed. I've tried re-booting.

How can I completely uninstall, so I can re-install.

One thing that I note is odd is that your profile appears to be on the D:\ while the application is trying to install default to C:\.  Perhaps your non-standard setup is causing some odd behavior?

My installation of AutoCAD 2013 failed.  I'm unable to figure out what exactly failed from the log.  Anyone?

Make sure you don't have any other flavor of AutoCAD 2013  already installed.

Thank you.  Will the new 2013 installation use configurations from my 2012 installation?  Directory locations, desktop setup, etc. Or will I have to set all of that stuff up again?

It should ask you to migrate your settings from the old version. 

You do not need to uninstall 2012.
