Installation Failed - Autodesk Material Library 2014 - Base Image Library

After seek all the information at forum, still no luck to install Autocad 2014

1. All the old version already remove and cleaned with manual uninstall.

2. Registry "Autodesk" also remove.

Every attempt to install "Autodesk Material Library 2014 - Base Image Library", it is always end up with error message with common see in this forum. By following the procedure, still no help.

The log file as attached.

Hope somebody can help.

Use Procmon to find the problem and remove the file/directory in question.  You may also check permissions.  The workflow is noted here:
