Darren is right.  Specifically the error is here:

Install Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable (x64) Failed Installation aborted, Result=1603

I have tried the above suggestions.

However, the problem is still there.

I have uninstalled all the Visual C++ 2005 and (x64).

However, the installation process still stop at there

Then go ahead and manually install the prereq from Microsoft or Windows Update, then use my solution to edit the setup.ini to ignore the check for this.
