Installation Building Design Suite Premium 64bit not working

We want to uprade from Revit Arch to Installation Building Design Suite Premium and install first the free trial version. 

The Building Design Suite Premium 64bit can not be installed only the 32 bit version is working. For 64bit the installation hangs

Please try to install the software in diagnostics mode as described here

http://usa.autodesk.com/getdoc/id=TS75218

If the issue persists, please post the all the log files from the %temp% folder (start->run/search->type %temp% ->Enter) as a zip file.
