Installatioin Issue

I have the confirmation email with the Serial number.  When I download the product from AutoDESK the serial number doesnt work.  I have verified that I am downloading the correct product and the Serial number I am using is from AutoDESK in an email.

Sorry for your activation troubles but we'll get this figured out! I tried searching for your licensing information internally by using your email address but did not find you as being associated to a registered serial number.


If you could please private message me your serial number information I would be happy to verify it for you. Or please contact our Licensing Assistance team for direct help.
