Install problem in macbook

I have macbook today i was download autocad form this site properly and software completely download ...but when i was install ...there will bi some problem like that
The installation failed
The installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail.contact the software manufacture for assistance

I have 2GB RAM that software Required i think 4 GB ...is that problem...???
