Install malfunction

When trying to install revit 2011 architecture

it sucessfully installs everything up to the revit file itself and then

starts uninstalling itself (right before it starts uninstalling it says "removing programs") then

all of the green check marks turn into red x's. I've tried everything i could think of to install it by turning off

all security and firewall programs and all that. And taken them to the tech guy at school and

he couldnt solve it so he suggested i come here. any ideas?

1603 is generic permission error, please try to install the software in diagnostics mode as described here

Alright i did that and a new error popped up at the

'microsoft visual C++ 2008 x86 CRT Runtime 9.0.30729'
