I'm not able to download AutoCAD 22013 to my computer.  What is the 800 number to call for technical support?

support is through the resellers not through autodesk

I disagree,  I had help last year with installation problems with an Autodesk representative.

I have tried numerous times to download my AutoCAD and Inventor from "My Software", but it doesn't give me this option.  The instruction says to download the software again from the "Free Trial".  I did, but it sends me back to “my software”.  In other words, I’m just going in circles.

I will be starting school again in two weeks with a full schedule.

I truly would like an Autodesk representative to help me, please.  I'm not asking for much.
