Impression 3 Installation issue

I have an issue when installin Impression 3. I had to uninstall the program due to a corrupt installation now it won't let me install it again. I keep getting this error that says that impression 3 is already installed and I need to uninstall it from the control panel. However, it does not show in the programs list. Anyone knows any way to fix this?

Installation problems may be resolved using the Microsoft Installer Clean Up Utility. For more information on this program, please my forum post here:
