We are Revit subscription subscribers, When we try to render in the cloud we get a message that an error has occurred. After doing some research it say's that we used our 25 credits. However because we are subscribers we are suppose to receive 100 credits. How do we increase this number?
I am in the same boat...
I work for a 50-seat firm and do lots of renderings for our marketing department. I went from being able to draw from hundreds of credits a year to 16!
How do I get this corrected?
autodesk recently changed how cloud credits work

Because we are a large firm and there is only one name on the contract, does this mean that we only have 100 credits assigned to our Accountant who doesn't even use any Autodesk products?
How do we get our 100 credits per seat?
