I need help with AutoCAD Civil 3D 2011 activation

I have been using it for a year, last month, it asks me to activate or it will expire.

So I went to the website and used my product key and serial ( which clearly states expires 2013-11-14). Then autodesk just says my liscense expired.

Therefore I tried all those forms and requests for a week, I have redownloaded Civil 3d, got new activation code from Autodesk, and got support from several Reps.

But it still does not activate. The reps are basically not helping me at all. They all have the same answer: " go to support page and fill out a form, your serial expired, please contact your resell to get new one."

Can someone tell me what to do?
