I don't have any more licenses to use, anyway to deactivate ones I don't use?

I'm trying to install 3DSmax on my new PC but when I try to activate it, it claims that I've used all my licenses and won't activate. Is there anyay to deactivate the ones I don't use (My old laptop for instance) and use that one?
