Hi,

please open control panel, find Autodesk Material Library 2011 and Low Image library, remove them. then try to install Inventor again. if that doesn't help for you, try to delete that files which prompted in the error message forcely and install your product again

I tried this a few times. I either don't see the material library in the add or remove programs list or I get a message that there is an install already in process and it can't continue. Where are all the files located? Can they be deleted manually. I don't want to uninstall AutoCad 2010 because it works still.
