This only happens with the 2012 version of 3ds max, and that's exactly what i need. I downlaoded everything else fine.. I'ev tried multiple browsers, everything. can anyone help?

Thank you, it did download! But now my product key is giving me a red x, why would that happen? My license is for student edition, does that matter?
