    I can't activate my software

    Good day, 

     

    I can't enter the 

     Product Request Code:

     

     

    Everytime I run the software (Autocad 2010) and hit the activate button, I always received a screen similar to the attached file I have included in this post. Can anybody help? Thanks in advance. autocadproblem.JPG

    Hi:

     

    Please PM me your serial number so I may check further. From which website have you downloaded your software? I would greatly appreciate additional information to further troubleshoot your issue.

    I have this problem, too.
    I downloaded software from Autodesk Education Community on Facebook.
    Autodesk Maya 2012 (English) 32-Bit

    Windows 7(32-Bit), IE9
