I accidentally deleted the email with my serial number (and product Key) in it, for Education free version of AutoCAD 2011. I don't know what to do. Please, someone can help me?

Hi panienocopan,
You can access your serial numbers directly on the Education Community website. Simply log in and go to the Free Software section, select product, language and version and you will be shown your serial number.
Please accept as solution if my post fully resolves your issue, or reply with additional details if the problem persists.
Thank you very much! But infortunately I can not find the 2011 version, there is only 2012, 13, 14 and 15...
When I chose the version 2012 to my email came code and serial number, but of course did not work.
Hi @Anonymous and apologies for the confusion. Autodesk only supports versions up to three versions back from the current release so it's possible that if you do not already have the 2011 activated that you will be unable to request it again. Is there any chance you can use the 2012 version?
There is no way I could get a mail with the key again? After all, I'm out there registered. With the version 2011.
Hi Magdalena,
I sent via Private Message your 2011 Autodesk AutoCAD Serial Number which is expiring 3/13/2017 (small envelope beside your profile name). Note that for Student Licenses downloaded from the Education Community site, there is only one Serial Number provided per account.
You can refer to our Virtual Agent for the download link.

don't expect to get help if this is all the info going to provide
