I Cant activate the educational version of Revit 2015. Wrong serial issue.

As you see in the images attached. Everything is right. except that i can't activate with that cd-key. i don't know why. it should be working.

Can someone activate for me? My autodesk ID is: xxxxxxxxx

Same issue as well with same error message

Same issue with my educational account and serial number. I downloaded AutoCad and Revit 2015 and both activation attempts show this message: 

"The serial number you entered is not valid. Try again. (1)" 

I'm pretty sure that my account is still valid, but not so sure if I've follow exactly all installation steps... 

Just like my first problem, it's my first time here. I've already opened a case and will wait instructions.
