How to set up an ATC?

Hello! I need help regarding licencing for the 3D Studio Max software. I am planning to open a 3D Studio Max training center in Romania. This institute would serve educational purposes only, meaning that we would teach our clients the basics of the program. I would like to know what licencing possibilities are available to me. I am aware that 3D Studio Max has an educational version as well, but I am not sure if we would be allowed to use that. So, I would like to know what licencing possibilities are available and which one of them would be the best option in this case?

I would also like to know how a training center can achieve the "Autodesk Authorized Training Center" standard?
