How to get Sketchbook Designer with Education Community license?

It appears that the only way to get Sketchbook Designer is through a software suite. You can't download the suite as an education license, but you can download all of the software separately except Sketchbook Designer.

(I know that you can download Sketchbook Pro, but it doesn't include vector tools so it's no use to me)

That's not very helpful, I'm familiar with that list of software. Plus, there's information left out of that list. For example, downloading Alias Design also includes Sketchbook Pro, which is not on that list. It did not say it would come with Sketchbook Pro, so I want to find if sketchbook designer is packaged with something else.

I apologize for any confusion but the link above is out of date. Autodesk Sketchbook Designer is no longer offered through the Education Community or by individual purchase and is only available as part of a bundle when you purchase certain suites.
