How to export licence

Dear Sir or Madam,

 

We are one of your clients using your products. We have a problem and need your urgent  help. We bought your product and installed it in my computer but the computer was ruined. We tried to export the licence to install it into another computer but we couldn't. Would you please instruct us how to export the licence from the ruined computer.

if the export the option failed, there is no way to export the license (assuming product as 2011 version)

 

but you can always activate the product again in the computer, if the online activation fails please use one of the manual methods to activate
