How can i transfer licensee offline between computer to another

I have networks isolation from internet and i need transfer license of Autocad from internet computer to interanet computer ?

If it is a permanent move just reactivate manually on the offline computer.  Are you replacing a computer?

Then just reactivate it manually.  I wouldn't sweat the LTU move.
