How can I use my Autodesk Inventor license on a different computer?

Hi,

I'm planning on building my first computer sometime next week. I want to install Inventor on it since that computer will have much butter specs than my current computer. I'm also planning on deleting all of the data on my old computer so I can use it as a backup hard drive for my new computer. So how do I transfer the license from my old computer to my soon-to-be-built new computer?

If you are referring to a student version license, you may download the Inventor to your new machine, run it from there and send us the serial number and request code so we may manually activate it for you.
