Hotfix install error

Hi All,

I have a problem when trying to install a hotfix for Max Design 2010. The hot fix I'm trying to install
is "autodesk 3dsmaxdesign 2010 english hf7.exe". I double click the icon to install the fotfix and
immediately get the messgae "Autodesk 3dsMaxDesign Installation not found. Cancelling installation".

Max is up to date to service pack 1 and when I reinstall this and earlier hotfixes they install fine. I'm
also using Windows 7 Ultimate if this makes any difference.

Updates, Service Packs and Extensions for 3ds Max and 3ds Max Design need to match the version they are installed on.

Therefore, you will need to install the connection extension on the appropriate version of 3ds Max/3ds Max Design. For example:-

3ds Max Design 2010 English 32-Bit - You will need to install the English 32-Bit version of the Connection extension for 3ds Max Design 2010

3ds Max 2010 Englsih 64-Bit - You will need to install the English 64-Bit version of the Connection extension for 3ds Max.
