Help Obtaining a new Moldflow License file

We are running Moldflow with a floating network license. Our MF2010 release is working fine with an existing license server running FlexLM.
We are on a support/maintenance subscription.

How do I go about obtaining a a MF2011 license file? When I log in as the contract admin, I do not see any options to download a file, like I do with our Alias subscription
