Hello i have problem with Inventor Professional 2010

Autodesk.JPGI have a user that is using network licenses for the Inventor and AutoCAD, today system show that his AutoCAD 2010 licenses expired,

But the Inventor is ok, please see the attached print screen, another use also said he face this problem last week, but the next day when he try to login,

It is ok, the licenses pc is all the while power on and running, and is in good condition, other network users don’t have this problem.


Can you please advices is there anyway I can check his AutoCAD is install as stand along or network? He has been using the network version since day one.

You can check this by going to registry editor and look for the following registry key and let me know the values on it. Attached screenshot for your reference.
