Having problems with SAMreport Lite

I have obtained a license file from Globetrotter (Macrovision as it redirected me to), pasted it into my existing .lic file for my autocad licenses, stopped and restarted FLEXlm but SAMreport still doesn't find an valid license files or my server. It keeps telling me it cannot find the licensing data it needs. I've entered my server name and browsed to the license file but it keeps popping up the same "unable to obtain license" box. In lmtools if I go to the server status tab and choose display everything and then perform status enquiry it tells me "Users of SAMreport_lite: Cannot get users of SAMreport_lite: No such feature exists" It has my feature, license path and then "FLEXlm error: -5,222" What have I done wrong? Brian,

You should not combine the SAM license with your
Autodesk license file, it must be a separate file.  The following links to
a document that may help understand how to configure SAMreport Lite:
