HELPP!! Maya activation

 

Last night I got done installing the autodesk maya and after everything was installed a screen pop up asking me to activate it, so I clicked the activate button then a new window pop up but it was blank it didn't me any options to select, I have tried restarting it but still nothing. And I don't know how to get in contact with their customer service to know why I get a blank screen after clicking the activate button.
