I tried with the installer and turned off the firewalls and still this pops up:
How can i get it to instal? I tried both browser and download now options
Go ahead and delete any of the files you already tried to download and then try the direct download link from our virtual agent.
Lets try to use our new virtual agent as follows:
1. Go to http://www.autodesk.com
2. Click on Contact Us
3. Click on Customer Service
4. Click on Virtual Agent “Ask”
5. Once the Virtual Agent opens:
Select the 2nd Choice "Download Links "
Select your product
You are now presented with the choice to download your software.
Please note that Windows 8.1 remains unsupported so you may encounter additional install issues. I would recommend if you continue to encounter issues to revert to a supported and tested OS.
