When I registered the product download it wouldn't let me register under imeldacortez2?@yahoo.com so I typed in imeldacortez2?@yahoo.com. I can't open up the downloaded problem. It keeps saying "Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer." When I click yes, it takes me to another screen which has the option to click "Recommended setting" which I clilck. It saying there's a compatibility issue.
My class starts this Weds. I need the program before then. HELP HELP HELP
