Get an Invalid Serial Number when trying to Activate AutoCAD 2010

I have installed AutoCAD 2010 on a new PC, when I try and activate I get a message The serial number you entered is not valid. Try again. (1).  I have double checked this is definately the correct Serial Number thats on the box.

Any Ideas?
