I am running Network License Manager (version 11.6) on a Windows 2003 Server. There is just one server handling it, so no redundancy unfortunately. It handles licenses for 26 Mac OS X clients running Autodesk Entertainment Suite 2010.
As the only IT technician responsible for the server, I am writing a disaster recovery procedure in the event of Server \ NIC failure. Could someone explain to me what the procedure would be for obtaining a new license file in the event of such a failure? Can this be done via http://registeronce.autodesk.com or would someone need to contact a Customer Services phone number (I am UK based, incidentally).
